1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Bespoke Commissions

All bespoke commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin the design and creation process. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping. Due to the personalized nature of bespoke work, all sales are final once production has begun.

3. Intellectual Property

The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written permission. The designs of our tea sets, both from the Heritage Collection and created through bespoke commissions, remain the intellectual property of SereniTea Crafters.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on SereniTea Crafters's website are provided "as is". SereniTea Crafters makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall SereniTea Crafters or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SereniTea Crafters's website, even if SereniTea Crafters or a SereniTea Crafters authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
