The Heritage Collection pieces are offered as-is to preserve the integrity of our signature designs. If you love a Heritage design but want to personalize it, it would become a Bespoke Commission, where we can use the Heritage piece as a starting point.
Our minimum order for corporate gifts is typically 10 units to ensure we can dedicate the proper resources to branding and quality control. However, we are happy to discuss smaller, high-value projects for executive gifting.
As involved as you wish to be. Some clients approve the initial sketch and await the final piece, while others enjoy being part of every decision, from glaze tests to shape modifications. We tailor the process to your preference.
